Amaranth leaves, 1 onion, cooking oil (10ml)
Preparation
1. Wash and chop amaranth leaves.
2. Sauté chopped onions in a pan with oil until soft.
3. Add and cover, cooking for about 2 minutes.
4. Add a pinch of salt, cover, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve warm.
