Requirements / Raw Materials

Bambara bean, dehulled sorghum millet or rice, oil, salt

Preparation

1. Boil Bambara beans until cooked.
2. Add rice or sorghum, oil, and salt.
3. Stir well and let simmer until cooked through. Serve hot with additional greens and fruits like bungo, topepote, oranges, or fresh fruit juices.
